Vanilla Sky - a restaurant impressive to our guests
Away from the dense, crowded centre of Kraków, there is a place where time passes slower. Vanilla Sky restaurant is located in Salwator, where art has been intertwined with crafts for a long time. Terrace view of the lazy Vistula river is very similar to the one depicted in Claude Monet's painting “The Seine at Argenteuil”, also known as “Vanilla Sky”. Our returning guests, however, prefer to believe that it owes its name to its famous crème brûlée with fried raspberries and the delicious scent of real vanilla.
Excellent cuisine, atmospheric location and spacious interiors are a recipe for a successful meeting. Vanilla Sky is a place suitable for both business lunch, weekend family dinner (there is a square, play area and animations for the youngest), and of course a romantic date, complemented by live piano concertos performed by Aleks Sito and Paweł Domaracki. Many years of experience in organising artistic events, banquets, conferences and family parties combined with kind and professional staff is a guarantee of a successful event.
We encourage our guests to use the underground car park of Art Hotel Niebieski and visit the observation deck, which thanks to comfortable heating is available for you throughout the year.

When creating a sophisticated menu at Vanilla Sky, we have been inspired by the Mediterranean culinary art, which we enrich with the best of Lesser Poland cuisine, such as regional products or Polish QMP beef, which can successfully compete with the meat imported from Argentina and the USA.
The truth reigns on the plate - freshness and idea. That is why the Vanilla Sky restaurant menu card in Niebieski Art Hotel & Spa is not long. We are proud of the steady, proven set of dishes, cyclically diversified with seasonal innovations. We prepare dishes based on BIO certified products delivered directly from local producers. We have been cooperating with the best for years now. Two outstanding chefs are responsible for the menu: Dariusz Skumurowski and Mateusz Ochlik. We know that not only delicious and beautifully served food brings joy, but also healthy one. The big advantage of the Vanilla Sky restaurant is wine-pairing, the art of choosing wines for a specific dish. Each bottle is carefully selected by the owner of the restaurant, Wojciech Bryga. There are over 70 wine options on the menu, mainly from Spain, Italy, Israel, USA, but above all from Austria and Poland!

- Mangalica pork loin, gnocchi with horseradish half glaze sauce
- Ravioli in a half glaze sauce with beef cheeks, roasted carrot purée and a bit of spring onion oil

- Steak tartare and steaks from Polish beef with QMP certificate, with additions of regional products of Lesser Poland
